Received an EPC order worth of Rs. 790.50 Crores

Today our company has bagged a EPC order worth of Rs. 790.50 Crores (Rupees Seven Hundred and Ninety Crores and Fifty Lakhs only) from KNR Walayar Tollways Private Limited for “Four Laning of Walayar – Vadakkancherry Section in State of Kerala (Km 182/250 to Km 240/000 of NH – 47) – Package NS-2/BOT/KL-2 under NHDP Phase – II in the State of Kerala to be completed within 910 Days from the Appointed Date

Receipt of BOT Project on Toll Basis – with Grant

With reference to the above we wish to inform the receipt of a BOT project from NHAI an order towards “Four Laning of Walayar – Vadakkancherry section of Kerala ( km 182/250 to km 240/000 of NH-47) – Package NS-2/BOT/KL-2 – on DBFOT(Toll) basis under NHDP Phase – II in the State of Kerala for a concession period of 20 years (twenty years) including the construction period of 910 days from the appointed dated with a total project cost as per NHAI Rs. 682.00 Crores (Rupees Six Hundred and Eighty Two Crores only) and with a grant of Rs. 264.60 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred and Sixty Four Crores Sixty Lakhs only) during concession period.

We refer to the captioned subject matter; we wish to inform you that KNR Muzaffarpur Barauni Tollway Private Limited (KMBTPL), a subsidiary of the Company, which is implementing the project for Two laning of Muzaffarpur-Barauni section of NH–28 from KM 519.600 to KM 627.000 in the State of Bihar under NHDP Phase IVB through Public Private Partnership (PPP) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (“DBFOT”) Toll Basis (“Project”), has signed the financing documents with Punjab National Bank, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, State Bank of Patiala and Corporation Bank.

The Project Cost is Rs 359.09 Crores which would be financed by means of equity of Rs. 109.09 Crores and debt of Rs. 250.00 Crores. As per the Concession Agreement executed by KMBTPL with NHAI, the Concession Period for the Project is 21 years including construction Period of 710 days.

It is also to bring to your notice that JKM Infra Projects Limited a Delhi based infrastructure company has been introduced in the KMBTPL as 49% stake holder.

We have received an order worth of Rs. 180 Crores from Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh towards : "2laningGobuk - Mariyang - SihjonNallah from Km 26.210 ( Gobuk) to 75.485 ( SijhonNallah) Existign CH. 27.000 - 75.000 0 Net Length 49.275 Km."

KNR Constructions Ltd has completed the work of a prestigious 97.221 KM of road project in NH13Bijapur-Hungund section, in 582 days against schedule duration of 910 days which in turn translate in to completion of project 328 days ahead of schedule time (i.e. 11months ahead of time). This is considered as record in early completion in the history of Indian Highway construction works of this magnitude. The achievement also includes Construction of 810m Dual Carriageway Bridge over River Krishna on NH-13 (Recently Changed as NH-50) near Almatti in a record time of 11 months and 16 days which is an engineering feat unparalleled.

We have received two orders worth of Rs. 675 Crores from GVK towards : "Design, Engineering, Procurement And Construction Of 4-Laning Of Shivpuri - Dewas Section of Nh-3 In The State Of Madhya Pradesh, India For Project from Km 0+000 to km.42+900 and from Km 42+900 to km.85+450."

We have received an order worth of Rs. 620 Crores from GMR Projects Private Limited towards: "Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) To Augment The Existing Road On The Kishangarh Udaipur Ahmedabad Section Of National Highway No. NH -79A, NH - 79, NH - 76 and NH - 8 in the States Of Rajasthan And Gujarat"
